Background
Géraldine Menasché is the director of Harcourt Properties. She has an extended experience in property acquisition and project management in the London Real Estate Market as well as in the Paris Property Market and therefore has built throughout her career an extensive network of agents and professionals.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Geraldine had reached the highest levels of a ministerial cabinet, working as a political advisor to a French minister. She was notably in charge of negotiating with lobbies. This position led her to deal with influential personalities such as ministers, MPs, senior civil servants or CEOs. She built a solid experience in the management of people and of projects and successfully led missions thanks to her interpersonal, communication and organizational kills.
A French national, Geraldine is titular of a Law degree and a Master in Politics from Sciences Po Paris (Grande Ecole). Géraldine has an analytical mind that enables her to understand the real estate market and a background that allows her to navigate around the legal intricacies of purchasing a property.
She also studied psychology and philosophy at Harvard University which gave her the necessary international exposure and ability to understand people's needs, all essential qualities to act efficiently on a client's behalf.
