In that respect, we can also drive you around several neighbourhoods and show you the key features of the area (such as shops, schools, etc…) to give you a flavour of your future living environment.

2. A Bespoke search process

Once we have received your instructions and taken your brief, we will start searching for the perfect property for you. We will:

• Research extensively our dedicated databases that are only available to property professionals in the UK
• Contact as many local agents, developers, private vendors etc… as necessary
• Actively research all brochures/literature property newspapers, magazines, etc…
• Communicate to you via email all relevant details
• Compile a list of the most appropriate properties
• Preview properties ourselves so we avoid bad surprises
• Set up all appointments and accompany you to the viewings at a suitable time for you, may it be evenings or week ends.

During this process, we will keep in constant touch with you so that any variation to your needs or circumstances may be met. We will also send you weekly updates and handy summaries.

3. Ensuring the sale

Once your ideal property is found, we will:

• Negotiate the purchase price and terms to suit your circumstances and get the best possible value on the current market
• Advise you regarding the instruction of solicitors, surveyors and professional services which you may require until the completion date
• Coordinate all the necessary procedures until exchange of contract and sales completion
• Extra optional after completion: if you decide to do works, we can also manage the project on your behalf and enable you to hire the best and most cost effective professionals so your house will definitely look like you!
